Their user experience was struggling since people had to pan and scroll around to see the information on each page, resulting in a high bounce percentage of visitors who were bouncing back to Google within 3 seconds of visiting their page.
We met with the TCR team and walked through their goals and marketing strategy. We completed a customer value assessment and a customer targeting worksheet before getting to work to make sure that we hit the right target with their new site.
Our team designed and built a brand new website for the TCR team that was built from the ground up with mobile responsiveness in mind. We weighed heavily the experience of the end user, working to supply enough information on each page to keep visitors engaged and informed on how to take their next step with the company.
